HIGH WEALD WALKING FESTIVAL PROGRAMME 2022

Please click the walk listings below to reveal further details, or click here to download a pdf version of the programme.

This year, we have a mix of bookable walks and 'open walks' where anyone can turn up on the day:

  • If the button says 'More info', booking is not required. Just click 'More info' to find out where and when to meet.

  • If the button says 'Book your place', click the button to read more about the walk and to reserve your space.

If you book a place on a walk but are unable to attend, please email us with as much notice as possible so we can allocate your space to someone else.

Looking to walk in a specific part of the High Weald AONB? View our Festival Map and then come back here to check out the details of your chosen walks.

Dogs: This year we have seven 'dog-friendly' walks where your four-legged friends can accompany you - these are clearly marked in the title. We ask you kindly not to bring your canine companions to any of the other walks (why is this?).

Self-Guided Walks: From 1 September you can also download a range of self-guided walks and explore the High Weald at your own pace - don't forget to check back!

No upcoming events at the moment

DISCLAIMER: Walking is one of the safest outdoor activities in the UK. However you must recognise that at all times you are responsible for your own safety.

The self-guided walk descriptions are provided to help you navigate your way. It is recommended that you carry an Ordnance Survey map of the area being walked and follow your position on the map as you proceed.

Whilst we have endeavoured to ensure the information is up to date and correct you will be using it strictly at your own risk.
