A gentle walk taking in several wildlife habitats and water bodies, starting from the village of Rye Harbour and ending at Rye Harbour Discovery Centre. The nature reserve's friendly volunteer walk leaders will share their knowledge of the coastal wildlife and the local area.

Meeting point: Meet at the shelter next to the public toilets in Rye Harbour village, Harbour Road, TN31 7TT, opposite the bus turning circle on the corner and not far from the bus stop.

Walk information: Starting from the village of Rye Harbour, we’ll enter the nature reserve and walk along the flood bank, near Nook Drain and the holiday park, to Salt Pool, then cut to the Barns. From there, we'll head to the beach past the saline lagoons. We'll then make our way along the coast path, stopping at one of the bird hides with benches to sit on, and ending our walk at Sussex Wildlife Trust's Rye Harbour Discovery Centre.
