About the event
Des Relf from the Maidstone Ramblers leads you on this circular walk taking you through woodland, and up onto Brightling Down with spectacular views across the High Weald countryside before returning through farmland.
Walk distance: 7 miles
Walk duration: 4 hrs
Obstacles: Few stiles, some fairly steep inclines with total ascent 310m, occasional cattle in fields.

Information: Bring own drink for stop on walk. Accompanied children welcome: - below 18 years must be accompanied by adult with parental responsibility. Dogs must be well behaved and on short leads because of cattle some times in fields. Toilets accessible from car park at beginning and end. Café accessible to N.T. members. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time for prompt departure.
