Undulating walk in the wooded valleys of the High Weald with views over the Ouse valley and viaduct and towards the South Downs passing some historic houses.

About the event
This walk is led by Mike from Mid-Sussex Ramblers. Booking required. Please turn up 10 minutes before the start time and make yourself known to the walk leader.

Duration: 5 hrs
Obstacles: Five stiles and three fairly steep climbs

Walk details: The walk climbs out of the village through wooded valleys to Staplefield and on to Nymans Gardens where we will stop for lunch. Toilets available to all. National Trust members have access to refreshments. We return to Balcombe which has tearoom and pub. Sorry no pets.
