Rye Harbour Nature Reserve is one of the largest and most important wildlife sites in England. This 2-mile walk will give you an introduction to the nature reserve and its wildlife, and is suitable for buggies, mobility scooters and some wheelchairs.

Please note this walk is taking place Thursday 12 September 10am - 12pm, not Wednesday 10am-4pm as was stated in the eNewsletter.
Rye Harbour Nature Reserve is one of the largest and most important wildlife sites in England, set in an exceptional coastal and wetland landscape and home to more than 4,000 species. We will end at the Discovery Centre where you can find out even more about this special place, or stop off for coffee and cake or a light lunch. This walk is led by Lucy Bowyer for the High Weald National Landscape team.
Distance: 2 miles
Duration: 2 hours
Terrain: Flat, mostly tarmac, some stony paths, no stiles.
Difficulty: Easy Access

Information: Cafe and WC at end of walk. Children welcome, no dogs please. suitable for buggies, mobility scooters and some wheelchairs.
