About the event
Leaving the ancient wool town of Cranbrook, the walk will follow part of the High Weald Landscape Trail. Following a Roman road we'll walk through shaded ghylls and small farming hamlets with traces of the old iron industry.
Walk distance: 11 miles
Walk duration: 5 hrs 30 mins
Obstacles: Hilly terrain and some stiles

Walk information: This walk is led by Heather from Rother Ramblers. Please bring refreshment for a coffee stop and a picnic for a lunch break. Cranbrook has shops and toilets.
