About the event

Join Harry Reece, Woodland Officer for the Kent High Weald Partnership to explore Pembury's woodland and heath habitats. On a walk through Snipe Wood and Cinderhill Wood, you'll learn about the management of the sites with a focus on reptile restoration. Includes a short walk through Brenchley Woods managed by the Kent Wildlife Trust.


Walk length: 3.2 miles/5km

Walk duration: 2-3 hours

Obstacles: Stiles, steep slopes and uneven terrain.

Meet-up point: Snipe Woods Car Park. There is limited parking available here, so if you can, please car share. There is a small layby for overlow parking 50m up the road.
